Grievance Redressal

3. How to File a Grievance
You may submit a grievance through any of the following channels:
- Email: Send your grievance to the Grievance Officer at the email address listed above, with the subject line “Grievance — [Brief description]”
- Post: Write to the Grievance Officer at the registered address of MCBEE Private Limited
- Website: Use the contact form at mcbee.in/contact, selecting “Grievance” as the subject
4. Information Required
To help us process your grievance efficiently, please include the following information:
- Your full name and contact details (email and/or phone number)
- A clear and detailed description of your grievance
- Any supporting documents or evidence, if applicable
- The specific relief or resolution you are seeking
- Date and approximate time of the incident (if applicable)
5. Grievance Redressal Process
Upon receiving your grievance, we will follow this process:
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours of receiving it
- Review: Our Grievance Officer will review your complaint and may contact you for additional information if needed
- Investigation: We will conduct a thorough investigation of the matter
- Resolution: We aim to resolve your grievance within 15 days of receipt. For complex matters, we may require up to 30 days, and we will inform you of any such extension
- Communication: You will be informed of the outcome and any action taken
6. Data Protection Rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to raise grievances related to:
- The processing of your personal data by MCBEE
- Requests for access to your personal data
- Requests for correction of inaccurate personal data
- Requests for erasure of your personal data
- Withdrawal of consent previously given
- Any breach of the provisions of the DPDP Act by MCBEE
7. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India established under Section 18 of the DPDP Act, 2023. The Board has the authority to investigate complaints and impose penalties for non-compliance.
8. Content-Related Complaints
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, our Grievance Officer also addresses complaints regarding content hosted on our website. If you believe any content on our Site infringes your rights or violates applicable law, please notify us with the following details:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the content in question and its location on the Site
- The basis of your complaint (intellectual property infringement, defamation, privacy violation, etc.)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content is unlawful or infringes your rights
9. Confidentiality
